OSKALOOSA, Iowa – The Evangel men's soccer team was shutout by No.10 William Penn, 2-0, on Saturday afternoon.

The Crusaders were never able to find a breakthrough against the Statesmen, but not for lack of trying. They had 12 shots during the game, led by Christian Clardy and Caleb Dix with three. Nick Wagner and Guillherme Candatten had two, while Vinicius Albino and Cole Oedewaldt had one.

Anthony Morales and Josiah Dinwiddie split time in the net for Evangel. Morales allowed one goal and had six saves, while Dinwiddie allowed one goal and had four saves.
